Returns

For any returns or refund requests please contact us to begin the process.

Once your request has been received and approved we will email you a printable Australia Post label for attaching to your return where we are at fault. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the expense of the customer.

Note there is a 30 day maximum refund and return request policy, no refunds or returns are accepted beyond this time. In the case of any damaged goods received, a return is unnecessary but we will require photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Items must be unused and returned in the same packaging, and repacked as carefully as it was sent to you to avoid any damage. For separately boxed or packaged items, such as those in gift boxes, these must be returned in their original packaging.

Any damage caused by shipping will be investigated and refunded where applicable. We have shipped fragile items all over the world since 2015 and damage or breakages are rare. We pack all items very securely with multiple packaging supplies to ensure your order is received as it left us.

For our products that are vintage, signs of wear or use are unavoidable and these items will never be perfect. Having said that, we only source and offer items of the finest quality and best condition possible. Generally we do not offer items that have any damage. All details and any wear evident will always be disclosed within the item's description so please take the time to read these descriptions as refunds will not be given on vintage items where descriptions have not been read properly.

All orders are shipped with tracking. For any lost parcels, refunds will only be issued after investigation by Australia Post and confirmation of loss. Please contact us so we can initiate an enquiry with Australia Post in this instance.

Refunds cannot be given for delays with shipping, this is beyond our control. Your understanding is appreciated.

CANCELLATIONS

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 6 hours of order placement. Order processing and packing begins almost immediately after an order is placed as part of our high quality processes.

Orders will be fully refunded if your item/s have not been produced, packed or shipped.

If your order has been packed/produced but not shipped, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs such as administration and packing. We will refund your order less any reasonable costs, to be determined at time of cancellation.
