Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and all items are shipped via Australia Post. 

Yes! we ship internationally, and the postage charges are shown during checkout. There are some exceptions, these include heavy/bulky items and skincare products. FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: all customs and import fees are prepaid by us, there are no additional charges for you.

Shipping prices are calculated via the checkout/cart page and vary with weight and bulk of items being delivered. Please be aware that shipping fragile items requires lots of packaging so that they arrive to you safely, this means that the volume and weight of packages is larger than the items themselves. Postage starts at $9 (AUD) for small items.

FREE shipping is offered for orders over AUD$150 and applies to domestic (Australian) orders ONLY, using standard shipping (express shipping excluded). The free shipping discount will automatically be applied at checkout where eligible.

*Exclusions apply to furniture items and select heavy or oversized products.

Orders are typically despatched within 1 business day of order placement. During busy periods this may take slightly longer. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been despatched. Please ensure you whitelist our email address sales@luvva.com.au within your email program, or alternatively please actively check your junk or promotions folder for our communication emails.

A signature on delivery is required for Luvva Collection orders. If nobody is available to sign for the order, the package will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection after receiving an advice card from Australia Post. 

NOTE - We do not ship to hospitals for any Luvva Newborn order. There are many reasons for this including potential lost or delayed orders, Mum and Bub may be discharged early, and a new Mum should not be concerned with transporting gifts home. Allow the gift to be appreciated by sending it home to Mum after she is settled, or having it delivered to you for personally gifting.

Unfortunately, due to various business factors including insurances, we cannot offer pick up of orders.

Postage Time - All orders post from Melbourne, Australia. Your location in relation to Melbourne will determine approximate delivery time. 

Generally -

Regular post is 3-7 business days for metro areas within Australia. Regional areas may take longer.

Express post is guaranteed overnight to certain locations around Australia, these locations can be checked with Australia Post. Locations outside the guaranteed overnight express network may take 2-3 days.

International post is generally 2-4 weeks but cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking via Australia Post is generally very clear and accurate. Please make use of this service by referring to the tracking number entered for your order.
