A mid century musical jewellery box by Lador, made in Switzerland, c.1960s.
Featuring an intricate embossed copper and brass outer design, this jewellery box has a wood interior divided into 3 sections for your jewellery items. It features the Dr Schivago musical tune, and is in working order.
Labelled to the bottom, no. 2844. With plain metal lid, it is a heavy piece weighing around 1.6kg.
In overall very good vintage condition, with some surface tarnish to copper and marks/scratches to lid.
