A stylish and iconic Danish design set of sugar bowl and creamer by Bofa Keramik, made in Denmark, c.1960s.
Designed by Aksel Andersen and Leif Henriksen, producing ceramic wares from 1953 - 1963. Both pieces have their original paper labels attached to the bottom. A rare and collectible mid century set. The sugar bowl features twin handles and the creamer has a stylish and unique Scandinavian handle design.
A wonderful mid century-modern or Danish modern collectors set or gift.
In overall excellent vintage condition, with one very small area of glaze loss to lower spout of creamer. This looks like a manufacturing fault, it is not a chip or scratch.
